Job description:

The Product Development department plays a critical role at Sycle. Driving the R&D and requirements backlog for a team of over 25 engineers, Product Owners at Sycle never have a shortage of work. As an integral part of the scrum teams, Product Owners are responsible for writing new feature requirements, managing story and bug backlogs, and testing product releases to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Focus: This person will serve as a primary internal contact to the Client Experience and Sales Team.

Communication skills: Ability to effectively listen and communicate with Sycle customers and the internal Sycle team.

Learning Ability: Candidates must be quick learners. Knowledge of our core software and the ancillary products is a must to effectively support existing and new customers. Looking for a proven ability to learn various ideas, backgrounds, and concepts. Picks up a new concept quickly.

Responsibilities: 

  • Think critically to develop the best solution to meet the needs of the business and the customers.
  • Create story maps to help illustrate the enhancements.

  • Work with Scrum Master to develop timelines for releases.
  • Testing feature releases to ensure delivery meets expectations.
  • Manages scope creep throughout the duration of the project.
  • Run product showcases for internal and external audiences.

About you:

We are looking for a self motivated Account Coordinator with a strong background in customer care and technical support. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Customer Service and Sales Team to provide account maintenance and support, including clinic additions, clinic cancellations, billing updates, ownership transfers, subscription renewals, and sending out User Agreements through Echosign to reflect these changes.

Responsibilities: 

  • Understand the functionality of the Sycle platform and be able to communicate information in a succinct and timely manner to the Client Experience and Sales Team.
  • Provide account maintenance and support, including clinic additions, clinic cancellations, billing updates, ownership transfers, subscription renewals, and sending out User Agreements through Echosign to reflect these changes
  • Effectively manage cases through Sycle’s CRM system, NetSuite
  • Assist Sales and Customer Experience Team on daily basis
  • Assist customers with documentation on start up/changes and when leaving Sycle
  • Assist Buying Groups/Manufactures with billing inquiries
  • Convert prospects in Net Suite
  • Create customer accounts in Net Suite ensuring all necessary fields are populated and checked for accuracy
  • Assign cases to Customer Experience and Accounting upon customer signature
  • Tracking of new signs, clinic additions and cancellations via spreadsheets and NetSuite
  • Create, send and track authorizations such as original User Agreements, Updated User Agreements, Cancellation Authorizations, Data Copy Authorizations, Transfer of Ownership And Name Change Authorizations
  • Set up new accounts in NetSuite and make changes to existing accounts for additions/cancellations
  • Assist with investigation on billing issues and Recon cases
  • Assist Customer Experience with overflow work as needed
  • Follow up on signatures needed via Echosign docs
  • Record all actions in NetSuite as applicable

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5+ years of customer service / technical support experience
  • Strong customer focus and Help Desk experience a plus
  • Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • Effective at implementing processes and procedures
