March and April have been exciting months for us. The Sycle team has been steadily growing and we couldn’t be more excited to share three new all-stars that have recently joined us over the past month. Alycia Myers – Strategic Partnerships Manager, Jordan Gran – Trainer, and Gavin Linsley – Sales Account Manager. We’re looking forward to leveraging their experiences in the hearing care space and delivering the industry’s leading practice management software.


Alycia Myers – We welcome Alycia to the Sycle team as the Strategic Partnerships Manager. Alycia brings over 16 years of sales/consulting experience; including teaching, non-profit administration, medical, pharmaceutical, and service-based hearing health care. For the last four years, she was a Business Advisor to hearing healthcare specialists across the country. She’s excited to engage in thoughtful discussions with hearing aid clinics and Sycle’s business partners in delivering better hearing to the world. Outside of work, Alycia loves spending time with her 3 teenage daughters and her husband, her two Goldendoodle puppies, and volunteers on the Waconia Community Education Advisory Council of her local school district.  


Jordan Gran – As Sycle’s newest trainer, Jordan joins Sycle with six years of industry experience. Starting as a Hearing Care Professional with Miracle-Ear in 2013, Jordan shifted focus to building teams and establishing winning cultures, he has spent the past four years helping practices grow through sales training, seminars, and consulting. A licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser in the state of Minnesota, Jordan has served as a proctor for the Minnesota State Licensing Exam, while attaining his National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences in March 2016. With countless new features to the software, he is excited to join the Sycle team and engage with customers about the innovative features and functionalities.


Gavin Linsley – Having been in the hearing care industry for roughly five years, Gavin comes to Sycle as a new Sales Account Manager, BC-HIS. In addition to working with patients directly, he has spent time as a business advisor for EarQ, helping private practices reach their goals. Thrilled to expand his experience and positively impact customers, Gavin looks forward to being a part of an innovative, industry-leading company – taking practice management software to another level.
