Below you will find some of the great questions we received along with answers from our in-house expert.

What’s the minimum volume I need to do to keep Sycle Patient Financing active?

There is no minimum amount of volume you need to maintain to keep your account active.

What’s the fee per month for this program?

The program is free regardless of the volume that you produce.  The only fees incurred are the ones specific to the types of financing plans you choose.

Can patients make payments online?

Yes.

How long does it take to get pre-approval?

In seconds.

Can patients finance the full amount of hearing aids through Healthiplan?

Most pre approval amounts are around $6,000.  However, if you need a higher limit, you can call HealthiPlan’s helpdesk at 866-349-1748 to request a limit increase.

Where do we enroll?

Right through Sycle at the sign-in page.

What’s the difference between soft approval and regular approval?

HealthiPlan evaluates credit in a way that is different from traditional banks. They do not ping the Credit Agencies (which is called a “hard check), which can affect a patient’s credit score.
